Refunds & cancellation
You have the right to change your mind. We refund any order for any reason providing the goods are returned to our nearest location indicated on the internet order "return form" within 14 days following the delivery of your order to your shipping address.
In order to facilitate our refund process, please return the "refund form" which has been enclosed with your delivery, duly completed together with your items. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of your item has been received by one of our stores. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes, excluding shipping charges.
Order cancellation
If you haven't submitted an order and completed all steps of the check out, you may clear the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the “Remove Item” button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping bag.
If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email from www.tribalpieces.com (see Orders, acceptance of orders section above) you can still cancel your order within 24 hours. Please email us together with your order number at customer services - cs@tribalpieces.com.
Please ensure you list your name, address, Order number on the email. If you have received your items already and you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the refund procedure in the previous paragraph.
You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to www.Tribalpieces.com unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
